Getting a front view of my cgaracter

Post » Tue Sep 06, 2016 2:38 pm

I play in first person but occasionally she wants to look in a mirror and see what she looks like. In third person I can only seem to get a back view. How do you move the camera to face my character?

Sheath your weapon and you should be able to spin the camera around to see your face. Only works when you don't have a weapon/fists/spell raised.

On PS3 you can click down the right thumb stick, and hold it and it will let you move 360 degrees around your character and zoom in and out.

On PC you can also open the console and enter "TFC" or "TFC 1" (this one freezes the action) to get a free floating camera. If the camera moves too fast, enter "SUCSM" followed by a value from 1 to 5 (higher numbers can be used if you want, but that gets you back inot a pretty fast camera). Also, you can enter "animcam" to see your character from the front (actually from any point in a 360 circle) while running or walking.

Thanks. Sheathing my weapons worked. I kept trying various things like holding shift or control keys. Too much time in the CK I guess.

I played the game for over 800 hours on Xbox 360, which should be the same. Never knew you could do that... Shocking :D
