As the title says, I've installed ENB Wrapper version 308 from the official website. I've read and re-read countless install guides, and I know I did it correctly. I even ended up re-installing Skyrim entirely and installing ENB using ENB Organizer. Still no dice. On the main menu, and while loading a save (it occasionally persists into the actual game) I see the Antifreeze text in the top-left, which I installed alongside ENB, which presumably indicates that it is working, but the key combinations like Shift-F12 and Shift-Enter do nothing. Terrain textures still look flat despite Project Parallax Remastered, and water still looks flat as well, even though I have made the necessary changes to the config files to enable parallax fixes for both the terrain and the water, as well as setting "enable water" to true. I've tried installing multiple presets, and I even took comparison screenshots, and they make absolutely no change. What am I doing wrong?
