Will Xbox One Mods For Skyrim Remastered Disable Achievement

Not really related to my post though, but I agree, console should disable achievements in that particular play session as well, and I didn't say anything that opposes what you further wrote. Except trophies on consoles, they have no purpose, so they are as meaningful as Steam achievements. Xbox is the only console where achievements have some function. Nevertheless, I like getting trophies on my ps4, and I got all achievements for Skyrim on steam, just because I like getting them.

Stupid assumption that some pretentious RPers make is that people who play in the way achievements require you to play, don't RP, and thus it is bellow them to even have achievements as a feature in the game. I get my trophies out of the way, and then I RP as much as the next guy here, in many cases most likely even more than that. People, for some odd reason, have this odd need to say that everything different from what they do and like is "stupid". Even advlt people. It's basically a "Justin Bieber svcks" thing.

Unfortunately, yes, majority of games have majority of the trophies very trivial, and there are rarely any challenging ones. I'd personally completely cut out the achievements given for clearing story points, maybe I'd give only a single, low ranking one for clearing the entire main story, but as of now 1/3 of all achievements are for simply playing through the game, which is not that good of a design. It feels silly when I start a brand new game, and I get the first achievement literally inside the first 5 minutes of playing.

Lots of the reasons for achievements is for the developers to see how players play.

That parts are popular and that is not. Yes its lots of errors here like a function is unpopular simply as its bad. Also at least steam achievements has issues, I'm missing stuff like the civil war and companions who I have done many times.

However it could give good data.

In addition to this, a number of people play their Steam games offline and are never counted in Steam's statistics.
