what game(s) are you currently playing? Part XV

I miss those days when graph paper was really, really, really useful. Quite often you could tell which ones were gamers if they always looked for the graph paper first before the ruled or plain paper. I quite often made sure I had at least one full package or graph notebook since sometimes the stores would run out of stock. Some clerks would comment you are either an artist or a gamer or both.

Decided to return to the world of Nirn, playing Elder Scrolls Online on the PS4, I'm currently in Skyrim and it's fairly close to how TESV is although a smaller but at least side by side I can find the similar landscapes in both games. I will say The Elder Scrolls Online and Skyrim are my favorite Elder Scrolls games.

Actually, i've come to like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WegQy3aUo-Y better than https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PD6HS2tSKjo&index=3&list=RDWegQy3aUo-Y. This new guy they have as composer (Borislav Slavov?) seems quite good too. Though he's going to have a hard time to convince me he's better than Pokrovsky was :hehe:

I have just played a free game The Cremation of Sam McGee by Nicholas Jennings. I downloaded through the RockPaperShotgun site.

It took longer to download than to play. Something completely different!

It uses an NPR recording of Johnny Cash reading the poem.

So do you pay for the subscription or do you just do the basic stuff? I was looking at it and it seems the best content is locked behind a paywall.

All of the vanilla content is free, which means that you can play through all 8 of the class stories and trust me, that's a lot of content! Subscribe once and you get all the expansions so it's no big deal. I'm playing through it right now too!

I loved KotOR and The Sith Lords. Since they don't seem to want to do a proper sequel, I need to check this game out one day.

They have said that the new expansion that's coming up will be the closest thing to KOTOR III!

I finished Uncharted 3 and just started playing Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. I have to say that, so far, it is amazing. They have improved the already great controls slightly and the game is wonderful to play. The graphics are also amazing (note: I am not a graphics fanatic). The facial and character animations are just brilliant, they are like nothing I've seen. I am really happy playing Uncharted 4 on the PS4.

Just a note on buying consoles just to play a game, since others had commented: I had originally purchased a PS3 so that I could play the original Uncharted games. Then there was the PS4 so that I could play Uncharted 4. I bought and Xbox 360 just to play Lost Odyssey. Lastly, I purchased an Xbox One mainly for Fallout 4. For me, it's all about the games, not the platform.

Either i'm better, or DOS:EE is easier. Mangoth fight was no pain at all

And the animtions for lizards are awesome in DOS2. Even the way they eat is completely... animalistic. Funny, since they consider themselves the greatest of the species :lmao: It's been so long since i last played a full-and-then-some-assed game, and it may still be a year or more away from release ^_^ (And like the first, PC with mouse and keyboard only, controller and consoles are looked into once the game has been released.)
Well, i suppose that's the difference between making money to make games, and making games to make money ;)
