Alright, ladies and gentlemen. The NHL season is starting up soon (Oct. 12th). Who's ready for some hockey?!

Who is everybody rooting for? What are you waiting to see? Etc.

I think it's obvious whom I root for.


I have given up on expecting Giroux to take note shots, he is a pure playmaker center. He still is a tremendous leader and gifted pick handler. What I'm looking forward to is the continuation of the progress by the blue line. Will see more youth move in this year, and supposedly there is one that is better than Gostisbehere. Speaking of Ghost, he is primed to have a breakout year. He might be on the small side, but he handles and passes the puck like Keith, and can take the puck off your stick like Lindstrom. I hope he really breaks loose this year.


Still unsure what we will have in goal. I like Mason. So long as he can be solid, just need him to get hot in that playoffs.
