Now, I'm aware there's a thread "can my pc run it" yada yada, but here's the specs, why am I able to get like 2 fps in starting a new game for like 30 seconds and then it just ends like I Alt + F4'd it... with ultra settings aside from the anti-aliasing which is on FXAA and not TAA? NOTE: I am using a laptop...

Nvidia GeForce GTX960M

thought since Fallout 4 for whatever reason i had to run it in windowed borderless mode, so tried that, no success. haven't tried anything else. Wondering why my PC is struggling so hard...

Update: tried to run it as an admin, see if that helps, it did a little bit, fps improved slightly. not sure what that's about. anyways, GPU drivers are current, forgot to mention that. also, noticed there is a random line type of thing down the middle of the screen, haven't seen that in any other games or when using anything else, so not sure what that's about either.
