Skyrim Special Edition PC with no mods installed.

The NPC and characters all have black flickering spots on their bodies and armour/clothes.

The spots dont appear on any other surface/texture but body and clothes.

I have reinstalled the game 2 now from steam and it still has this problem.

whats wrong? anyone who can help me?

Yeah i'm running into the same issue with the bit maps. I've noticed on mine that is anything that has motion involved. tried from low to ultra, same problem.

Are you using any mods?

i'm not. i'm playing it as vanilla with the expansions. trying to figure out if its a comp problem or a loading problem.

Maybe running a dxdiag.exe and post the full report in spoiler tags might give us more information on your system and if it might have found some issues.

What is your resolution on your monitor.

Did you check for driver updates for your video card.

I fixed the problem for me. Turns out both my Nvidia and Intel cards needed an update. Now it works fine

i just updated Nvidia and intel card but it didnt resolve the problem for me unfortunately.

the screen resolution of my monitor is 1920x1080
