Just finished up with the short Potema quest line, and at the very end when I recovered her remains, I found a second skull nearby. Named, "Strange Potema's Skull", and I can't find a use for it. Am I missing something?

I suggest you drop it, open up the console, click on the skull, and match the first couple of digits in the ID to whatever mod loads in that position.
