I don't know how mods work on Xbox, but if you were on PC I would advise to uninstall your mods completely, not just disable. They can still have assets in the game even if their plugins are disabled. Probably reinstall the game too (I do a couple times per year) and start over with a fresh vanilla game. It needs to be seen if those areas have problems in an unmodded game. Then the traditional approach is add mods one at a time until it crashes. Time consuming, annoying, and the only way to be sure. Welcome to the wacky world of modded Skyrim!
(I just remembered I've already done the Pale Blade vanilla on PC and it worked fine. Haven't done the other one.)
