Enemies use enchanted gear

Are there any mods that make humanoid enemies like bandits, Draugr, Assassins, ect use enchanted weapons and armor? With Wintermyst installed I think it would really spice battles up and make learning the enchantments easier.

I don't know about you, but my game had frost-enchanted swords on draugr in Bleak Falls Barrow, right at the start. You don't need any mods to have them, but of course a mod can add even more.

You're asking almost exactly for one or all of these:

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58635/?- new enchantments, with corresponding gear that gets distributed via leveled lists (dynamically)

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18436/?- the first skyproc patcher, hugely configurable, allows for more spawns, NPC AI improvement, NPCs to receive perks and potions, etc.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55677/? - "NPCs now have access to tempered/enchanted items that were previously only available to you. Tempered items no longer retain their tempered state forever. All features can be adjusted using http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/?'s MCM." L & D also has a configurable option for breaking items in combat if you like that. You can both configure and toggle most options.

Note that ASIS and all skyproc patchers/reproccers require Java 7 and some assembly. They scan through your mod list and make a custom patch with adjustments to all NPCs/items/whatever according to your configuration file. ASIS (and some others) have an optional GUI front end.

And just to be clear, ASIS is a skyproc patcher. The other two mods aren't.

I've heard good things about OBIS so I'll definitely give it a shot. LAD sounds like just what I'm looking for. Thanks!
