Are the following bugs fixed?

I have my doubts, but I wanted to ask before I delve deeper into the game. These insanely common and obvious bugs have existed since day one and still exist in version 1.9 Legendary Edition.

The Whiterun tree: If you complete the "Blessings of Nature" quest "peacefully" and return with a seedling, does the dead tree get replaced with the seedling? In the regular version, the script to remove the dead tree never ran, leaving the seedling INSIDE the dead tree.

Elemental Fury shout: some common action (possibly sheathing weapons or being disarmed) while elemental fury is active results in the "wind" sound playing constantly, everywhere. There is no fix. I had a 50 hour game ruined by this as I was on a windy mountain for a dozen hours and never noticed the sound playing. I do NOT want to play another 50 hours as a dual wielding ranger to have this bug again.

Anyone comment on either of these? These are so old that version 1.0 of the unofficial patch fixed them. Shameful, really.

No, they were not fixed. They did, however, replace the script properties for the "A Daedra's Best Friend" quest that meant the Masque of Clavicus Vile wouldn't increment the Oblivion Walker achievement. But all the other fixes in the unofficial patch and other mods (like Gildergleam Reborn) are still needed.

And there are new bugs. Which they are at least working on, but more people need to run through this thing pure vanilla instead of piling a bunch of unstable mods on right away so they can find them. [/rant]

Thanks for the comments. Anyone else confirm these findings?

I heard that a particular alchemy ingredient (creep cluster maybe?) was flagged as unharvestable in the included version of the Hearthfire mod to also avoid some sort of exploit. So, they were obviously willing to touch the code, but they won't bother to correct a typo in the tree script or fix the wolf howls (broken since original Dawnguard)?
