Does anyone have any ideas how to manage installing without downloading? The game shows in my Library list, but if steam insists on downloading 13 gigs or so, well, can't do that. I only have 12 gigs available and no "reset to zero" as it's a rolling 30-day average thing. Wildblue is the only "broadband" I have available, and there's really nowhere close that I could get access for my laptop that would be fast enough so I wouldn't have to live away from home for a couple of days....
Sometimes not living in a city has a downside - this is one of the very few.
