I have for the first ever time gotten a skill to level 100 which of course is smithing I have every perk in the tree, and I am currently almost level 29


Now as I got to smithing 100 I expected to be able to make my skill legendary , but there isn't a single option for that, as I am on the main menu for the game I notice it shows

Do I have to update the game or not? What else do I do if not the update. Thanks for your help

Update, definitely. You have to have Dragonborn to be able to Legendary skills. If you do, I'm at a loss.

How many updates am I behind. And I dont have the DB dlc

I'm not sure if you're behind. But, you can't legendary without the Dragonborn DLC.
