Why is it that I can't earn achievements on a new character, achievements are still disabled? If it were a character that had mods loaded on it already than fair enough, but can I really not roll a character without mods and earn achievements? Do I actually have to not only disable all of the mods but delete them?
Kinda ridiculous...
