So for some reason when i start the quest to Liberate Fort Neugard Ralof is bugged. As i approach the fort it shows him running off towards Helgen. I was able to catch him and initiate the conversation where he tells me to sneak into the fort. I failed that but completed all the steps and got the step to report back to Ralof. That's where i run into the problem...Ralof is all the way back by Whiterun where the Stormcloak Camp was and he is just standing there with his warhammer out and i can't initiate any dialogue with him or turn in the quest. Please help, ive gone back to saves and tried doing the quest differently but nothing changed.
