With Special Edition, on the player character only, I get a dark face, that goes away if I save, quit, reload. Since the player face is only seen after switching to third-person view, I've missed the transition, and have no idea when it happens.

This isn't the NPC grey face problem, which is only fixable by correcting the mod with the NPC, I've seen that only when the CK fails to upgrade a mod from the original edition, and I've always been able to fix it.

I've had the same problem with several characters, of various races. Male Imperial, Female Orc, Female Nord, all get the same problem, which looks like one of the overlay layers has abruptly been replaced by a plain black one.

Anyone else have this?
