Nothing fixes framerate drops. Nothing. Ive tried editing the .ini files along side using nvdiainspector to cap fps. ive tried that with and withouth the enb mods from both fallout 4 and the enb beta for skyrim, ive tried using every different setting in launcher to push more or less fps. nothing fixes the clockwork framerate drops that i experience. this whole week ive probably spent easily 30 hours trying to get this game to run but it never works properly. ive verified integrity on steam, no avail. If i play on low ill get 60 fps with drops down to mid 20s, if i play medium ill bet 50+ fps with drops down to the upper teens, high and ultra will run 30-40fps but get drops to 10-20fps. nothing fixes this. double buffering trick doesnt work, disabling gsync doesnt work, using the nvidia control panel to adjust options automaticly or manually has no positive effect. using the integrated video card provides 8fps. just when i feel like i see improvement bam, frame rate drops, ive lowered my refresh rate to 40hz and tried capping to 40, does nothing. screen tearing just awful, this is a fresh install of windows 10. no errors when using sfc /scannow. fully capable machine to run other titles at medium-high settings no problem. absolutely disguisted this was even considered ready for release. every suggestion to "fix" skyrim se on google and or youtube doesnt work, there has only been one post that i had seen amongst the 100s that i read that has experienced this clockwork like frame rate drop issue. any advice would be appreciated, if not at least i got this annoyance of my chest.
