I might not have grown up with certain song writers/performers, but this guy I certainly did. Happy 2016 guys and gals! :nope:

I certainly grew up with him. That was one guy that had a ton of screen time.

I remember him most fondly as the lonely merc from Battle Beyond the Stars...

I always remembered him as the German officer in the Bridge at Remagen. I also liked him in Battle Beyond the Stars.

Yes, I was going to mention that. Although mostly fiction based on history I remember enjoying seeing it for the first time on TV as a teenager. Hell, I've even got the DVD of the movie up on one of my shelves! Great score too!

I thought his recent role in the BBC series Hustle was also really good.


Hell, he was good in everything he was in.
