I have tested my controller in other games and my triggers work just fine. When I try to play Skyrim, RT/LT do not function (pressing RT/LT during launch when it says "press any button" will not launch the game, RT/LT will not navigate the menu screen). I've tried the following:

• disconnecting and reconnecting the controller


• hard reset on console


• uninstalling and reinstalling the game

I just purchased the game, so do not have any prior experience with the controller working in Skyrim.
