Hello all,

I keep getting this same error message even after I've re-downloaded the creation kit for the special edition (which is "steam_api64.dll"). I'm out of ideas on how to get this said "dll" downloaded so I can open up my creation kit.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be much much appreciated!!
