The same day, IGN rates Dishonored 2 a http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/11/14/dishonored-2-review?page=1

Metacritic shows universal acclaim scores for PS4 http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-4/dishonored-2

Which makes me think this is the second major title for Bethesda in 2016 (after Doom) that is sabotaged by bad executive decisions. They have shown very low confidence in Doom as well, they decided to center the marketing campaign on the lowly multiplayer component, instead of the stellar single player. The awesomeness of Doom was basically a hidden gem until people actually got the game.

So, do you think it is better to give early review copies to gaming outlets when you are confident you have a good, finished product and don't have anything to hide?
