You mean http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24543/?? As long as it doesn't need SKSE (and the description page didn't say it was required) then it'll work fine on XBox if/when someone makes a SE version. The mod hasn't been updated for a couple of months but the author might be willing to port it or allow someone else to do so and upload it to Bethesda's site.
