Ok this is my first time ever sharing one of my mods, im just getting started so im working my way up from the bottom, thought this was one of my better small mods and decided to share it. All it does is add a small apartment for new char's to the downstairs on the Eight Plates in Balmora.

if you do download it please give me some feedback, i would like to know how to improve my modding skills for future projects.

its been cleaned with the TEStool so no GMST's or errors or anything, i also reviewed the change log thouroughly to make sure nothing but what was in the mod was changed.

1.DESSCRIPTION

Adds a small apartment to the downstairs of the Eight Plates in Balmora. Designed to be a house for a begining character to stay while in Balmora. Has a dresser and chest for storage, a bed, and a table with various food items.

2.INSTALLING THE PLUG-IN

Extract the .esp from the zip file and place it in your Morrowind Data files folder.

3.PLAYING THE PLUG-IN

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box next to A_Sapp's Balmora Apartment.

4.CONFLICTS/KNOWN ERRORS

I dont know of any mods that this conflicts with, but it will conflict with anymod that uses the back wall on the downstairs of the Eight plates or the space behind there.
