I've reached the town of Solsthiem. I've defeated the Zahkriisos at the end of the cave. I have retrieved the black book titled " Winds of Change ". Opened book and it transported me to the realm of Apocrypha. I've defeated all monsters within...after making my way to the large book hidden within..it says to press L2 to transport back to Solsthiem..it does nothing!! The only thing it does when I hit L2 is autosave. It has completely overwritten all my save points. I would literally have to start the game over and lose all my progress. Screw that! Is there a patch for this? Has anyonever experienced the same glitch..HELP!

I don't know why it would prompt L2, but have tried activating the book normally? (the same way you would open a door)

Yes I have..I've gone to my items clicked on Winds of Change book and opened it..it also does nothing

So are you on console or PC? Have you checked to see what your setting to activate an item really is (since it's obviously not L2)? And this might need to be moved to the appro PC/Console forum?

Ps4...and I've always used L2 to activate or pick up items.
