They always say stuff is exclusive, then end up porting it a few months later so don't worry about it. Hell, they're porting Mass Effect 2 to PS3 this January.
The difficulty in that argument is your choice of words, porting insinuates the game has been released primarily for a specific platform and then later on recoded appropriately for other platforms. NV is
not a one-platform system, it is multi-platform. Hence there should not be any porting involved, all DLC should be built accordingly to PC, PS3, XBox versions.
As for the BS opinion, you can't say you didn't expect it. FO3 released Anchorage to PS3 almost a year after there release with Micromoney; The Pitt 7 months later; Broken Steel 4 months later; Point Lookout 3 months later and Mothership Zeta 2 months.
What do you expect from a bunch of capitalist-salivating pocket-filling megalomaniacs who would jump into a lions den if it paid them for exclusive rights. It was even more pathetic that they didn't even try to attempt to be sly about it, so when the interviews came around Todd Howard pathetically states:
"Not at this time, no"
