So.. I am noticing a great deal of lag in my game. Examples include:

1) Recieving XP bonus for picking locks much later

2) Running, cause me to enter un-rendered areas so I have to wait.

3) Sound Effects going off way later.

What could be the major source of problem for this to be happening ?

The first thing you should do is disable all your mods and see if the problem is still happening. If its not, then its one of your mods. in which case you could load them back one at a time until the problem happens again, and then stop using that mod or find a fix for it or something.

Normal version!? Then why are using mods of the special edition?

I would imagine Skyrim (original) maybe is bad enough with that system? With mods?

As stated, try disabling all mods. This includes renaming all the loose file folders like textures, meshes, scripts, interfaces, sounds, etc.

Lulz, I accidently loaded the load Order of my SSE xD . But okay, I will see if its something in my load order.
