I'm using 5.1 speakers and surround sound seems to be completely broken. Sounds are coming out of the wrong speakers relative to the sound sources. For instance if two NPC are fighting each other right in front of me sound is coming from the rear speakers. The same goes for voices and ambient sounds. The channels are not reversed though. It's more like the rear speakers are used in the wrong situatons relative to the sound sources.

Anyone else experiencing these issues on PS4?

Other PS4 games are working fine. FTR I also play the Xbox One version (because of the better mods) and surround sound is working perfectly, so it must be an isolated PS4 issue.
