I'm a bit confused on why we're able to download the Creation Kit without owning the PC version, but are unable to upload mods unless owning the PC version. I've already bought Skyrim on PS3, PS4, and PC, but wasn't able to get all the dlc in time to get SE PC version for free. Regardless of already buying the game 3 times, and having my Bethesda account linked to my PSN, because i don't own SE on PC, I'm unable to upload my own mods for use on Bethesda.net. What i'm getting to is, why allow console users to make their own mods but require the PC version of the game to upload them? Shouldn't linking the Bethesda.net account to the game via console allow us the ability to upload?
