Has anybody experienced any issues with this mod? Where is a good spot for it in the load order? Beth put it near the end. I also have Immersive Civil War Units active and it was before CW Pop.

I downloaded it (Civil War Populated) and in five minutes I found this Commona Tong hideout that had a dead Imperial female captive whose face and neck had strange color splotches and lines. I fast traveled to the Imperial camp in the region and no one there appeared weird but it was all male. Then as I was leaving there something attacked me and I had a CTD.
