Hi does anyone know if the recovery perk of restoration tree works? It should give 25% magicka regeneration bonus. I don't see it listed in active effects in the magic tab. I DO see Magic Resistance from the alteration tree listed in the active effects in the magic tab. So if one perk (magic resistance) is listed in the active effects tab then why isn't 'recovery' listed in the active effects tab? I'm sure I actually have the perk.
