Before this started happening I went into werewolf and used a finisher on a bandit, but the bandit clipped into the ground. After the finisher ended I had a glitch where when i moved the camera and my character at the same time the camera and character would skip around, even in 3rd person view. I tried a few things like doing another finisher, reloading, clipping into walls and falling out the world. None of these worked; even reloading past saves did not work, and starting a new game was even worse. When I started a new game the cart was jumping around and not on track everything was really messed up. I'm hoping theres some sort of fix other than mods because I want to play for the trophies. Also I would rather not uninstall/reinstall because I have quite a few hours on my character already.
