So I'm having so many issues with certain quests in the game but now quest items aren't showing up in my inventory. For example the rueful axe didn't appear when I picked it up and now the saarthal amulet is not showing in my inventory meaning I cannot get past certain parts of the quest. I've tried restarting the quest from scratch and reloading, even downloading the unofficial skyrim patch mod and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this???
