Hey guys! I have been on a bit of a hiatus lately but I am back on the forums, this time with a question: is Baldur's Gate any good? A lot of people I know who own it say it's great and It is on Steam but I want to look into it a bit more before I invest money (and time ) into it. What do you guys think?

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought it was awesome. Thing is, with computer games, what one person loves antothe hates.

I thought Baldur's Gate was okay but it didn't knock my socks off. Baldur's Gate: Shadopws of Amn, on the other hand, is one of my favorite roleplaying games of all time. I haven't played Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. But what I have seen and read about the game didn't impress me.
