Here's the problem:

1) Run CK,

2) Open data files skyrim.esm and update.esm, ( I have a .esp file I'm working on, but it makes no difference whether I open it )

3) In the Object Window select Character then Quest,

4) Open any listed quest for editing.

What I'm seeing at this point is that the quest edit dialogue windows do not fully show the edit fields, list, buttons, etc., they're

being clipped by the boundaries of the window.

This happens for all but one or two of the tabs in the dialogue.

The dialogue window cannot be maximized or resized, so I have no way to access the hidden fields.

As far as I can tell all of the other CK editing windows behave properly, the problem is only in the Quest editing.

EDIT:

Sorry, I left this out: I have tried editing the file SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini to change the window size of what is called the Quest Window.

This had no effect at all.

Where might I look to try and fix it?

Darn, nobody's seen anything like this?

I thought about doing an uninstall/reinstall of the CK, but I've read that it's tricky to do without

also clobbering your Skyrim installation.
