Ok as we all know the Robe spell enchants with the "Destruction spells cost % less and Magicka regens xx% faster" is broken, and I can't seem to find a mod that fixes this to what it should be (if there is a 'should be') when enchanting my items with the Destruction and magicka regen enchants (or what ever school of magick I want/need).

So the question is, where can I find a mod that fixes this properly? and preferably compatible with the special edition.
