I am playing on Xbox one, Skyrim special ed edition. For the last ten days or so I've been unable to connect to the Bethesda.ner servers. This means no updates to my mods, no checking out new mods, no anything. How can I fix this? It worked perfectly until this Christmas time. I've had the game since release. It's not an issue with anything changed in my settings. Everything else works fine.

Are you able to login to bethesda.net in your browser.

I don't have a computer. Just a phone and I'm posting here so I'd assume so.

If your account info on bethesda.net isn't the same as on here, you need to make sure you're logging in there with that account info. Servers are working fine for me (not that I use that site for anything - I'm a PC user, I get mods from nexus).

They are not the same accounts unless you named them the same.

Well yeah I do. If I could send you a screen shot I would. But even clicking that link on my phone nothing loads. No error message, no can't connect, no anything. Just slate grey, like it wants to load.
