Only the four working windows are present. Why is that?

I'm running Windows 7 Home and this has NEVER happen before ever. So what's wrong and what do I need to fix it, if I can fix it without reinstalling Windows 7 from scratch.

If it matters everything was working PERFECT before I got sick just a few days before Christmas Eve.
