porting skyrim special edition mod to Oldrim

While It can be done vice versa can you take a mod from Skyrim SE to Classic Skyrim?

Open a SE mod's .esp file in the old CK and save it from there. If that works, then probably, if not then no.


Now question is why in the world would you want to do that? Are there that many (any really) mods that are exclusive to SE.

theres a some i find and very much,,,more of a preference thing really but ive decided to go back and play with skse and skyui cuz of the numerous mods ive collected of the years and have grown found of.


and will wait till skse 64 gets built and releasesd.

hell i cant even get it to open keeps giving somekinda string errors and shuts down before it opens it all the way/

Dam it saved without a glitch...had to make adjustments to skyrim edititor.ini and the only consisted of a single esp...now i just gotta wait.
