Lot of cheat mods or mods classified as cheat mods on Bethesda.net-What is your definition of a cheat mod?

On Bethesda.net, many of them are just things one can get through console commands on PC. Like teleporting to the QASmoke room (a test room the developers use that freely gives all items/weapons/etc).

But that's basically a cheat -- getting something for nothing.

It CAN be useful though.. like maybe you somehow lost a quest item. You can just get a copy through these means. That's really not cheating so much as a fix.
