I am working on a mod to be able to disenchant unique items. I already have the Arch-Mage robes done, although it introduced an interesting issue. The Arch-Mage robes are supposed to give a 15% reduction to all magic schools, but for some reason one of the items will scale, usually conjuration or destruction. I'm working on the gaulder amulet now and would actually like it to scale, so that a powerful enchanter with all perks and a strong alchemy potion of fortify enchanting would be able to get the stats of the enchantment up to around 50.
So when setting up an enchantment, how to I get things to scale, and how do I keep them static?
