I moved Skyrim and NMM to a new harddrive and NMM shows all my mods as not-enabled... the plugins are still active but the mods show a red circle with a line thru it

I even changed the directory in NMM settings to the appropriate mod directory and install directory that contain the proper XML files... but upon loading NMM just instantly replaces the install XML and shows everything disabled.
