Hi, I realized that when I have my weapon drawn, the heavier my weapon is, the slower I walk / run. But armor weight doesn't seem to affect my walk / run speed.

Is there a way I can change so that the heavier my armor is, the slower I walk / run? I want to make it so heavier armor grants better protection but makes you harder to dodge attacks.

Alternatively if you know any mod that does this (other than Requiem) please let me know,thanks.
