Falmer being so tough makes no sense to me.

They're the guys Conan or Bran mac Morn killed zillions of . The mobs where the individual is a pathetic degenerate shadow of what the great race used to be. if Trolls wrecked me I would be fine with that. If sabrecats killed me tons ( gads they are weak compared to what they should be) it would be fine. I find it maddening each single Falmer is so tough for his level. They should be creepy stealth creature , not damage master tanks. Add to that the mechanic where you are poisoned even if you block, they are easily the least satisfying opponent in the game for me.

Ok , got that off my chest. Know of any mods to give them reasonable damage and health or am i on my own? I've admittedly made my game harder but they spike way beyond. Stealthy character is golden but when the companions send me out its a nightmare of self loathing for my weakness.

A mod to beef up sabrecats past bears would be cool also.

Messed around with the creation kit . Think I got everyone where I want them. Tough but not insane for the falmer. significantly tougher for Sabrecats. Only tested out the Falmer so far but I think its good.

I feel just the opposite about the Falmer. These are not cheap goblins. They are the remains of a once-great race of snow elves, betrayed to the darkness by the devious Dwemer. It's a struggle for them to live, and I'm glad that they put up a fight.

I feel that many of the enemies in Skyrim are too easy. The Dwemer ruins and Falmer caves are suitably challenging.

I find most of them less challenging than I would expect, but the bosses are |_ ^ ^ _| just right. The poison is a problem indeed, but they′re really the only thing in the game that even uses poison to any effect.

Well between Ultimate combat and revenge of the enemies, they're pretty smart. It's the damage sponge aspect that gets to me really. I do wish if you blocked or parried the poison didn't get you though. No help I suppose.

Conan? Are we playing the same game? :P

Besides, Conan hate magic wielders himself. He'd run away when he got the chance.
