Dawnguard is officially broken for me. I'm stuck with Serana and the gate keeper just says "We don't suffer trespassers here" & "Go on, Get outta here". Since I can't dismiss Serana, I can't swap followers.


The only good thing about this is that Serana is unkillable because she is essential to the quest I can't complete.


I've tried everything I can think of without mods. I won't use mods because that would break my trophies. I don't think it's right to have dawnguard achievements I can't complete unless I disable my ability to acquire them.
