It crashes every time I try to run it. Even if I run it in compatibility mode for earlier versions of Windows. Someone please help.

Have you tried "Run as Admin" ?
That always works for me.

Yep, I've tried that too. No luck though. Besides Oblivion itself does the Construction Set have any other requirements?
