I Jog, Swim, and train in both mental strength (book-reading/writing) and physical strength (sparring with Borgakh)
It depends on the character. Some of my characters so quite a bit of running because they enjoy the feeling of stretching their muscles. Other characters avoid running at all costs. They walk or buy a horse or rent a carriage. Anything but running, lol.
A few characters start their day with calisthenics. I simulate this by jumping around a bit. I had one character who liked to chop wood when she made camp. It helped her relax after a stressful day of fighting monsters.
Sport in real live?
Well, two years ago I stepped on a scale and it told me 115 kg (at 185 cm).
Then I've started riding a bike. That did push me at the point, that I was able to start jogging last summer.
Actually, it is to cold for me to do jogging. So just some knee-push-ups and crunches. That keeps me at 92 - 93 kg.
My chars are mostly vampires, so no need to exercise. Also, they run from one edge of Skyrim to the other.
