I recently bought skyrim se off of a third party source. They have 99.5% feedback and transaction went smoothly. I just received a new rx480, but the game cannot handle it on ultra settings. When i try to start a new game, the loading screen appears, and then just goes black, and i eventually have to shut down my computer because everything becomes unresponsive. When i change the settings to low, the game launches just fine. Im getting a ethernet port moved so i currently dont have internet, but that shouldn't matter as i am confident i have the latest drivers downloaded. can anyone help me? Thanks!

Is the game running through Steam?
