Hello all! I am prretty construction kit savvy in Morrowind and Oblivion so this morning I figured I would try my hand at the Skyrim kit. Here's my problem in detail:

Make a new active file named test with only one parent file - skyrim... save

Load wilderness near solitude

I drop a door, level it.

create new interior cell, name it bravo

drop a floor at 0,0,0 and then a door on that.

Set up teleport on both doors and test...save

close construction kit and open skyrim

load skyrim and test only

go to exact spot... nothing there.

I'm sure its some skyrim kit newbie thing, but I was hoping for a hand.

Make sure the mod is Activated in the Mod List from the Main Menu.

I forget to do that all the time.
