I am experiencing an error with the creation kit. Attempting to load any mod brings up the following errors:

Assert:

File:\TesShared\misc\BGlocalizedString.cpp

Line: 2871

LOCALIZATION: Error Opening or reading strings file.

After that another error comes up

Zero Entries or empty block size read from Strings /Dragonborn_English.Strings

Strings will be missing.

I tried un-installing and reinstalling creation kit,

and running the Verify Integrity Option on Steam.

This did not clear up the problem.
