There is no piracy at all there, it's a forum for people who make trainers. Is someone dragging the Bethesda brand through the mud or is this real?

If Bethesda wanted to close a site, they would do it through legal ways, not a DoS attack. They clearly are not involved.
The only thing Bethesda did was a "notice of infringement" which I guess would have to do with the CE gear symbol looking similar to the Bethesda https://wbo2hhkgdnexdedu-zippykid.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/bethesda_1248754544.jpg symbol.
Not really something open for discussion here.
